Many of the products on this site can be personalised to your own requirements.
We offer a number of different services according to the type of garment, quantity required, complexity of design and, of course, your budget.
Please use our quotation facility to request pricing for personalisation of garments. Simply select the items that you are interested in and fill your shopping basket as if you were going to place a normal order. Rather than using your basket to place an order select "Create Request" on the Shopping Basket page. To request a quote you must be a registered user of the site - this is easily done using "Create an Account". If you haven't already done so, login to your account, then on the "Request for a new quotation page" please make it clear to us in the "message" box what you would like in the way of personalisation. Finally press the "Send Enquiry" button and we will happily get back to you with a quotation for providing your personalised garments.
Heat Seal Badges
Heat Seal Badges allow for a variety of designs and colours to be produced and applied to a variety of garments using a heat press. Once the initial design and production of the badges has been completed application is a quick and simple process. Minimum order quantities apply to the badges depending on the design and size but these badges can then be stored and applied to inidividual garments as and when required. This makes it a very cost effective solution when garments are required in small quantities on either a regular or ad hoc basis.
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink onto the garment fabric. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas. This allows us to print company logos directly on to certain garments. Set-up charges depend on the number of colours in the logo, but double for every extra colour in your logo. There are no minimum order quantities but please remember that the set-up costs apply regrdless of the quantity being ordered so for very small quantities they can seem rather daunting! We can work from most popular image file formats.
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with needle and thread. Machine embroidery uses thousands of stitches to decorate the chosen garment. Using a high resolution version of your company logo, the design can be converted into a quality stitch pattern ready for embroidery. To achieve this you need to supply us with a high resolution version of your logo preferably in a JPEG format. Minimum orders for embrodiered items are normally 8 garments. It is possible to provide smaller quantities but anything less than 8 garments will incur an extra cost to cover machine set-up.
Due to copyright law we are unable to print a variety of images including (but not limited to) images of celebrities, musicians, athletes, members of the Royal Family, or other public figures; without their written permission. Copyright protected images such as still frames from movies, trade marks and logos can not be printed unless you have the authority or written permission to do so.
