Delivery and Returns
All deliveries are made using a courier or our own vehicles and a signature will be required on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. If delivery is refused requiring redelivery then we shall be entitled to charge the cost of the subsequent delivery.
Postage and Carriage Charges
UK Mainland: Orders over £75.00 Exc VAT, Free Delivery. Orders Under £75.00 Exc VAT charged at £4.85 + VAT
Jersey and Guernsey: Orders over £150.00 Exc VAT, Free Delivery. Orders Under £150.00 Exc VAT charged at £10.00 + VAT
Scottish Highland and Islands: Orders over £150.00 Exc VAT, Free Delivery. Orders Under £150.00 Exc VAT charged at £12.50 + VAT
Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland: Orders over £250.00 Exc VAT, Free Delivery. Orders Under £250.00 Exc VAT charged at £15.00 + VAT
Delivery and Packing charges will be confirmed during the checkout stage, after completion of the delivery address. VAT will be applied to these charges.
We strive to despatch all standard orders within 3 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for orders with personalisation (eg. Embroidery).
There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 7 working days. If this problem arises, We will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.
You may return carriage paid any product to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.
All returns must be authorised before despatch by telephoning our help desk on 01202 240004. We will issue a Returns Authorisation number and address to return the product to.
Ace Safetywear cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered with a logo or personalised in any other way.
